More than a calendar

Belonging is something
we practice together.

The Island Sisterhood is designed around the moments that turn attendance into connection: a familiar face, a thoughtful introduction, a clear plan and the feeling that someone noticed you came.

How members meet

Choose the event. We help make the introduction.

There is no assigned friend group and no pressure to attend everything. Join the plans that feel like you, meet different women each time and let familiarity grow naturally.

01

Pick your vibe

Choose a brunch, museum day, cozy meetup, night out, trip or another event that genuinely feels comfortable for you.

02

Reserve your spot

Use the official RSVP process so your host knows you are coming and can prepare the right welcome.

03

Know before you go

Review the location, cost, timing, group energy, transportation notes and what to expect before leaving home.

04

Receive a warm welcome

Come alone if you want. A host can greet you, help you find the group and make the first introduction easier.

05

Enjoy the moment

The activity gives everyone something natural to share while you meet different women from across the community.

06

Come back your way

Choose another event whenever you are ready. You may recognize familiar faces, meet new women and become more comfortable each time.

♡

Your pace is the right pace. One member may love brunches and museums. Another may prefer walks, workshops or trips. You build your experience by choosing the gatherings where you feel most comfortable.

Thoughtful support around every plan

The details that help connection feel easier.

05

Profiles with privacy choices

Members decide what leadership needs to know and what, if anything, may be visible to other approved members.

06

Event comfort cards

Cost, atmosphere, group size, transportation context, accessibility, photography and coming-alone information belong together.

07

Community care

Clear guidelines and a private reporting route protect dignity, boundaries and thoughtful resolution.

08

Belonging check-ins

We ask whether members were greeted, included and able to form a connection, not only whether an event looked successful.

09

Quiet appreciation

Members can recognize reliability, welcoming energy, thoughtful hosting and small acts of kindness without creating popularity rankings.

10

Community access fund

A developing support program will help reduce cost and transportation barriers while keeping all requests private.

11

The community journal

Consent-approved stories, local guides and real event memories will document the Sisterhood as it genuinely grows.

Our standard

We introduce the woman standing alone. We communicate clearly. We protect privacy. We celebrate without competing.
